Yoga Practices
Deepening Awareness and Connection
With a passion for mindful movement, I have practiced yoga for over a decade and completed teacher training programs with esteemed instructors, including Asu Somer, Melis Ulaş, Arzu Rezzan Sunam, and Yelina Tayfur. My journey in yoga includes Yin Yoga, Hatha Yoga, and Yin & Yang flow classes, which I have taught at Nefess Yoga, Circuit, and Nadas Istanbul. I have also assisted Asu Somer in advanced Yin Yoga training programs for three years, where I further refined my teaching approach.
Now in Barcelona, I continue to share the practice of yoga through online and in-person classes, focusing on nurturing awareness, strength, balance, and emotional healing through movement. My approach is designed to foster mindfulness, self-reflection, and connection to the present moment, whether through Yin, Hatha, or Tao vinyasa flows.

Yin Yoga Flows for Deep Stillness
This meditative and grounding practice invites you to slow down and reconnect with the deeper layers of your body and mind. By holding postures for longer periods, it targets the connective tissues, joints, and ligaments, gently releasing physical and emotional tension. Ideal for those who wish to explore their edges and deepen self-awareness, this is a practice of surrender—inviting stillness, presence, and quiet reflection.
Hatha & Yang-Inspired Flows
Rooted in yin principles, this yang flow focuses on harmonizing breath and movement through flowing transitions between poses. This practice teaches balance, strength, and endurance, while also guiding the mind to focus on the present moment and its sensations. It is perfect for those seeking a holistic approach to mental and physical well-being.
Balance in Motion: Yin & Yang Flow
This meditative class weaves together the grounding stillness of Yin with the dynamic energy of Yang in a Tao-inspired flow. As you move through long-held passive poses and gentle, activating transitions, you are invited to tune into the breath, body, and present moment.
The practice cultivates strength, fluidity, and emotional awareness—guiding you into a state of harmony where stillness and movement meet. Ideal for those seeking a mindful, holistic approach to physical and inner balance.
